What does it mean to have an abundant life? Sometimes it is easier to see the opposite side of the coin – the scarcity in your life. Not enough time. Not enough money. Not enough friends. Not enough joy. How do we create abundance in every facet of our lives? The answer is gratitude. We will experience a guided meditation and explore the connection between gratitude and abundance during this 90 minute workshop. You will leave with exercises and tools to help you create the abundant life you are looking for.
