Heart Based Meditation Retreat: Transforming the World, One Person At A Time
I am thrilled to announce that Dr. Paul Dugliss will be facilitating the July Heart-Based Meditation retreat in person in Greenville. These retreats are the ultimate opportunity to experience deep rest, foster rejuvenation, and receive instruction in consciousness and heart-centered living. We invite you to connect with our community of meditators and find the joy that comes in taking each step toward greater freedom. The theme for the weekend is Transforming the World, One Person At A Time, which is such an appropriate topic for these difficult times.
Our meditation sequences are punctuated with time for personal movement and stretching, breathwork and rest periods to give you the maximum integration benefits.
The program begins Friday evening and ends Sunday midday. Please note that there will be an additional offering of Heart Based Meditation Training on Friday from 4-5:30. This is perfect whether you want a refresher on the method, or have never learned it before. Retreats are a wonderful way to fully immerse yourself in this form of meditation, so if you’ve been waiting to get trained, this weekend is the time!
We encourage you to give yourself the gift of retreat as an opportunity to let go of your day-to-day responsibilities and relax. Many have found that this format truly facilitates deep connection, impactful healing and powerful transformation.
HOW IT WILL WORK
We will gather at an AirBnB (exact location TBD). You may choose whether you stay at the AirBnB (limited availability) or commute every day.
TUITION – THREE DAY RETREAT July 22nd – 24th:
Tuition for the retreat depends on which retreat accommodations you choose. Rooms are on a first come, first serve basis, so register early if you would like to reserve a private room! The rates below are all inclusive: accommodations and meals for the retreat, and retreat facilitation by Dr. Dugliss and Sarah. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your room choice for the retreat. Please note that exact rates have not been determined yet because I try to make it the retreat as affordable as possible, and so base accommodations on number of participants wanting to getaway vs. commute, etc. Exact rates will be announced by June 14th.
- Commuter option includes lunch and dinner on Saturday: TBD, under $300
- Getaway options TBD, under $350- 500 depending on whether you choose to share a room
- June 24th– early registration deadline; register by this date and receive $20 off
- July 8th – deadline to register and payments due
These meditation retreats are for Heart-based Meditation Practitioners only. Please attend only if you can make the full three days and only if you can ease into and out of the retreat.
