

Heart Based Meditation Training Retreat: What’s Love Got to Do With It?
Have you struggled to meditate? Constantly wondered if you were doing it “right”? Wished you had an effortless form of meditation that you could see tangible benefits from?

This weekend retreat will not only teach you the fundamentals of an effortless form of meditation called Heart Based Meditation, but will also emphasize the equally important integration techniques that make this form of meditation so powerful. There have been many recent updates to the method, so if you took the Heart Based Meditation training more than even three months ago, I highly recommend you attend this retreat and get up to date!
This retreat is the ultimate opportunity to experience deep rest, foster rejuvenation, and receive instruction in meditation, consciousness and heart-centered living.
The program begins Friday evening and ends Sunday afternoon. Our meditation sequences are punctuated with time for personal movement and stretching, breathwork and rest periods to give you the maximum integration benefits.
We encourage you to give yourself the gift of retreat as an opportunity to let go of your day-to-day responsibilities and relax. Many have found that this format truly facilitates deep connection, impactful healing and powerful transformation.
HOW IT WILL WORK
We will gather at a beautiful home very close to downtown Greenville for the duration of the retreat. You may choose whether you stay at the AirBnB (limited availability) or commute every day. Everyone will receive lunch and dinner on Saturday; those who stay at the AirBnb will also receive a continental breakfast every day. The schedule is Friday 6-9pm, Saturday 9-9pm, Sunday 9-noon.
TUITION
Tuition for the retreat depends on which retreat accommodations you choose. Rooms are on a first come, first serve basis, so register early if you would like to reserve a private room! The rates below are all inclusive: accommodations and meals for the retreat, and retreat facilitation by Sarah Troy. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot for the retreat.
THREE DAY RETREAT- January 5th – 7th
We now offer three tiers for tuition:
Supported – Reserved for those who are experiencing financial difficulty at this time and would benefit from a reduced rate in order to attend.
Standard – Offered to those who are comfortable attending at the standard tuition.
Supporter – Suggested to those who have a little more to give. Your generosity will help support those who are experiencing financial difficulty at this time.
- Commuter option: Supported $200, Standard $250, Supporter $300
- Single occupancy rooms: Supported $350, Standard $400, Supporter $450
- Double occupancy rooms: Supported $275, Standard $325, Supporter $375

December 22nd– registration deadline to submit $100 non refundable deposit and secure your spot
December 29th – deadline to submit the remainder of your balance and absolute last call for anyone who wants to last minute register – I CANNOT guarantee that there will be room for you if you wait until this date to sign up.
PLEASE NOTE
Please attend only if you can make at least three days and only if you can ease into and out of the retreat. You do NOT need to know Heart Based Meditation prior to attending this retreat- you will learn over the course of the weekend!
