Resources
If you are interested in learning more about any of these topics, I recommend the following books, podcasts, and/or videos to help you on your way!
I have *d what I’ve found most helpful, but everything on this list has provided me with some nugget of usefulness. It should also be noted that I don’t necessarily agree or support everything that’s in every one of these resources, but that’s somewhat the point of having them on the list. We need differing opinions; we need opposing ideas, in order to really stretch into what our own beliefs and knowings are. This list is meant to help you explore your own inner world. You may pick up one of these books and not be able to get ten pages into it without throwing your hands up- that was my experience the first time I tried to read Tolle’s A New Earth, for instance! But put them on the back burner and know that someday, you may try again and highlight basically the whole book because of its brilliance (also my experience with A New Earth!).
Please note that this list is continuously updated, as I am a perpetual student and always digesting new material. I’m also always interested to hear what has inspired others, so please feel free to email me with any suggestions!
